Hulk is definitely stronger than the Juggernaut. His strength increases exponentially to his emotional level - the Gem of Cytorrak has a limit on the strength it gives to Cain Marko, however high.





However, Apocalypse is definitely much more powerful than either of the two. Since he's one of the world's oldest mutants, and one of the most powerful since he's lived for so long. Wikipedia posts the following about Apocalypse's powers: "Apocalypse is one of the most powerful beings on Earth. Apocalypse can alter the molecular structure of his body at will in order to change his form. After exposure to Ship(Celestial technology left behind on earth by a race of space gods) this ability may have been further enhanced. Reply:I've got to agree with Iceman on this one. The Hulk is certainly very strong, but Apocalypse was deservingly worshipped as a god.





For all the Juggernaut's immense power, you've picked two of the few characters in the Marvel U who outclass him.
Reply:The Hulk battled Juggernaut and won. So he's stronger than Juggernaut. But Apocalypse made him one of his Horsemen so Apocalyse is stronger than the Hulk.
