When doing my C.V. does it matter what order I put the headings? Is this order ok?
Personal Details
Education
Achievements
Hobbies and Interests
Work Experiences
References
C.V. Writing?
Well personal details and references are def in the right order. I'd put work experience after education and mould achievements and hobbies as 1.
Best of luck cause jobs are hard come by in Ireland at the mo!!
Reply:The CORRECT and ONLY information that is accepted is as follows:-
Personal Information
Education
Employment
Hobbies/Interests and Other Information
References
Any other information you want to tell a prospective employer about goes in the Covering Letter and NOT on your CV - I have seen employers throw away CVs that have an Achievements/Aim Section on them, regardless of how well qualified and/or experienced an applicant is.
Reply:no i think thats alright:)
i would do i like this,
Personal Details,
Education
Employment
Voluntary Work
Other Skills
Proficiencies (computer programs etc)
Interests/Hobbies
Additional Information
Work Experience
References.
This is of course my opinion,
Good luck in writing your CV!!
