WHAT, the HELL does this mean coming from CPS ...C.P.S. %26amp; child protection laws? STATE child protection?
It says DW is going to be the legal guardian of the child, and that the child will be educated within the Cincinnati public school district, in a public school. DW gets to make all the decisions about the child's upbringing.
Reply:D.W. is going to have full custody of the child and Cincinnati School District is going to pay for the tuition of the child at the school he/she is going to attend, as required by Ohio Code 3313.64(c)(2).
